Become the counselor someone is relieved to meet.
Real psychiatric rehabilitation work asks for more than a checklist. It asks for confidence, compassion, compliance, skill, and steady, recovery-focused presence in a stranger's living room. PRP Counselor Academy trains all five — through stories that feel like your real workday.

Mission 2 · The First Home Visit
Meeting Marcus
You knock. Nobody answers. A curtain shifts. Marcus is home — but not sure he wants to be seen today. What do you do next?
Training built around the moment you knock on the door.
Five outcomes we refuse to compromise on.
Compassion
Meet participants as people, not diagnoses.
Compliance
Documentation that survives audit.
Skill
DLA-20, IRP, encounter notes — real practice.
Confidence
Rehearsed decisions before real crises.
Recovery Impact
Move participants toward community life.
Omotayo Famosinpe
Healthcare has been part of my life since birth. I was born into a hospital environment and raised among healthcare professionals, so caring for people has always been the language spoken around me — this is lifelong exposure, not thirty years of formal professional experience.
Professionally, I've spent roughly eight years in mental health management, and today I actively supervise PRP counselors on best practices, compliance, documentation, ethical service delivery, and participant-centered rehabilitation.
I've watched participants walk into care with almost no hope, and later rebuild meaningful lives in their communities. My mission is straightforward: develop PRP counselors who transform lives.

"The counselor participants remember isn't the one with the perfect note. It's the one who was still there on visit twelve, still curious, still kind."
— Omotayo Famosinpe
17 missions. One counselor, transformed.
Each mission follows the same rhythm: Learn → Observe → Decide → Practice → Reflect. Three recurring fictional participants — Marcus, Aaliyah, and Mr. Johnson — return across the academy so you build real relational memory.
